Our horses
Every horse here was bred by the Van Esch family and brought along by Petra van Esch. Most trace straight back to one mare, Nelinora, whose sons went on to Grand Prix. Below you'll find the horses currently at the farm, the young ones coming up behind them, and the horses that have moved on to new riders around the world.
A quick note on levels, since the Dutch system differs from USDF: L is roughly First Level, M is Second, Z1 and Z2 are Third, ZZ-Licht is Fourth, and ZZ-Zwaar sits between Fourth Level and Prix St. Georges. From there it's FEI Small Tour (Prix St. Georges and Intermediate I) and Grand Prix.
